At Pack & Print Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there's a problem with your order, we're here to help.
Returning An Item
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they:

Are unused and in their original condition.

Are returned in their original packaging where possible.

Are suitable for resale.

Are accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please contact us before returning any items so we can advise you on the returns process.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

Custom or personalised products.

Special order items purchased specifically for you.

Items that have been used, damaged or altered after delivery.

Products that are not in a resaleable condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number.

A brief description of the problem.

Clear photographs of the item and any packaging damage.
We'll assess the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Postage
If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you'll normally be responsible for the return postage costs.
If the item is faulty, damaged or supplied in error, we'll arrange the appropriate solution and cover any reasonable return costs where applicable.
